Paint Your Path is a first-of-its-kind exhibition at the Van Gogh Museum, pairing Vincent van Gogh’s historical works with ten newly commissioned paintings by Nigerian artist John Madu Van Gogh Museum. The exhibition design emphasizes layers in time — creating visual and spatial depth that invites visitors to experience the unfolding dialogue between 19th-century Europe and contemporary West Africa.
